Kurumi Shimura is a sophomore from New York, NY, majoring in Applied Economics and Management at the S.C. Johnson College of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Real Estate. On campus, Kurumi is a project manager for Cornell Alternative Investments, serves on the board of Cornell Alpha Fund, is a member of the Dyson Undergraduate Council, and is a teaching assistant for the Business Management and Organization course. During the school year, Kurumi interns at investment bank Horatius Group, and this past summer, Kurumi interned at Auldbrass Partners in the private equity secondary market. Next summer, she will work as an Investment Banking Sophomore Summer Analyst at Bank of America.
